Hi, I'm Phoebe Cannon, a compassionate and experienced therapist with nearly 30 years of serving individuals of all ages facing a vast range of challenges and needs. My approach is to provide a safe and supportive environment where together we can develop a plan to meet your current needs.
I completed my education at Syracuse University in 1995, receiving a master's degree in clinical social work, and I hold a license with the state of New York. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing upon cognitive-behavioral therapy and family systems theory as a foundation with an understanding of many other modalities.
I specialize in a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, codependency, coping skills, divorce and separation, grief and trauma, dual diagnosis, family conflicts, mood disorders, parenting and stepparenting, self-esteem, and stress management.
